What if I need to cancel/amend my order?
You have one business day to cancel/amend your order as orders are packed the day after they were placed. I do not accept any cancellations / amendments after one business day has lapsed.

What if I preorder an item?
If you order in-stock items together with a pre-order-item, then any in-stock items will be placed on hold and will be shipped with the preordered item when it arrives.
If you want the in-stock items shipped first, you will need to place two separate orders (the preorder item separate from in-stock items) and pay the shipping for both orders.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, I will accept returns. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery (the date you receive your item). You will need to ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
You, as the buyer, will be responsible for (tracked) return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you accept exchanges?
No. I do not accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions) from Singapore via Singpost Registered Mail / ePacket, which comes with a tracking number. Once an item has been shipped your items is no longer in my control. Please note that shipping times to Canada are unpredictable and may take up to 90 days to arrive.

We are unable to ship on weekends, public holidays or during unexpected events such as postal strikes.

Please be aware of your country's policies regarding customs fees. Some countries will charge customs fees for items over a certain dollar amount. We are not responsible for the payment of customs taxes/fees imposed. The cost of the items are declared on the parcel. We will not under-declare parcel value.

If you do not receive your parcel within 20 days, please contact me and I will check with the postal service.
